My clinical interests include working with individuals, couples, families, and youth, with a focus on relational dynamics, emotional regulation, and adaptive functioning. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), family systems therapy, and solution-focused approaches to provide structured, goal-oriented, and collaborative care. Integrating systemic and parts-based frameworks allows me to understand concerns within broader relational and developmental contexts, while supporting clients in building practical strategies for change.

I transitioned into counselling psychology after a successful career in corporate marketing, bringing insight into workplace stress, interpersonal dynamics, and performance-related pressures. I work with individuals and couples, and I am trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an evidence-based approach focused on improving communication, managing conflict, and strengthening emotional connection. My practice is grounded in ethical, structured, and evidence-informed care.
